THANK YOU! Liz and I will never forger how hard that you worked to get us in our new home. We are so happy here and have absolutely loved getting in and fixing it up. Every evening when we come home from work the two of us scamper around and chitter happily about room colors, wall decorations, and furniture options. We have so many awesome things that we can do now, and because of your help we got a house that we thinkg we'll be happy with for a long time.
Thank you so much for fighting for us. We felt so terrible thoughtout the 3 month process and without your daily encouragement (and daily wrath against the evil bank) we would have given up a dozen times.

Hello, my name is Jennifer Reing and I recently purchased my first home with Peggy Magnanelli at Realty Executives. I knew this process was going to be a bit scary and stressful but I had no idea that it could make you laugh one minute and cry the next, at only 25 years old I thought I was going through menopause or something. The one thing that helped my husband and I keep our spirits up was Peggy. She was so professional but so open that it allowed us to get down to business when we needed too but to laugh our heads off when we needed to do that. She was always there to listen to me vent and give us helpful suggestions. The one thing that I most respected and enjoyed about Peggy was her complete honesty with us, we didn’t have to cut through any bologna with her and we never ever felt she was just there to make a sale and collect her commission. Buying your first home is an exciting, as well as intimidating, experience. Purchasing a home is one of the most expensive endeavors of your life so it is important to be well-informed and comfortable making this big decision. With that in my mind, the key to a successful home buying experience is to find a realtor like Peggy Magnanelli.
Peggy came highly recommended to my husband and I from my in-laws so we did not hesitate to call her when we began our search. Each step of the way Peggy made sure we were well informed and comfortable with the entire process. Peggy never tried to ‘sell’ us a house or steer us in a direction that we were not interested; this was very important to me. It did not take long to develop a trusting relationship with Peggy and soon she felt like part of the family. I must also mention that Peggy always gave us her undivided attention and was just a call away at all times; we never felt second best.
Even though we closed on our home almost four months ago, my husband and I have still remained in touch with Peggy. I can truly say the Peggy started as our realtor but has now become our friend.
